FOCUS NOW!!!

Hello Everyone-- I kinda fell off for a couple of days with my workouts and eating right. But I am back. I have my mojo back and ready to ROCK and ROLL! I had to go and read one of my favorite fitness chicks-- Her Bodybuilding.com body space name is ChickenTuna. She is awesome she is a NO BULLSHIT KINDA GAL. Day 37 of P90X - Phase 2 Lean - Cardio X

Hello Everyone!!

I just got finish doing Day 37 - Cardio X!! This was a great workout. I was sweating all over the place and hyped up. I have just as much enthusiasm as I did on Day 1. I feel great. I have energy and I can see the difference in my clothing. (Pics are coming soon)


These next two months I have to go HARD with my diet and exercise. I want to enter into my first competition at the end of 2010. BIG GOAL!! THAT I WILL ACCOMPLISH!!!!

In order to stay motivated I have come up with mini rewards for myself for my progress. I think if you think in terms of short term goals you can get to where you want to be!! Some Jedi mind tricks for weight loss! LOL!!

180- ALL ABOUT ME weekend-- My luxurious trip to a fancy hotel by myself to enjoy time with me- includes room service, spa treatments, ect….

140- New bikini and Personal Training
130- Vegas BABY with my girls! & Take professional photos with make up artist & Chrissy Lou's and winning a contest
