Hello Everyone-- I kinda fell off for a couple of days with my workouts and eating right. But I am back. I have my mojo back and ready to ROCK and ROLL! The Purpose of this site is to have an outlet to voice my fitness journey. My goal is to enter into my first competition at end of summer of 2011 and place at least in the top 10 in an competition . Who knows the sky is the limit after that!

Day 37 of P90X - Phase 2 Lean - Cardio X
Hello Everyone!!
I just got finish doing Day 37 - Cardio X!! This was a great workout. I was sweating all over the place and hyped up. I have just as much enthusiasm as I did on Day 1. I feel great. I have energy and I can see the difference in my clothing. (Pics are coming soon)
These next two months I have to go HARD with my diet and exercise. I want to enter into my first competition at the end of 2010. BIG GOAL!! THAT I WILL ACCOMPLISH!!!!
In order to stay motivated I have come up with mini rewards for myself for my progress. I think if you think in terms of short term goals you can get to where you want to be!! Some Jedi mind tricks for weight loss! LOL!!
Mini - Rewards for weight loss
200- A massage and facial - In Progress
190- Pair of new shoes
180- ALL ABOUT ME weekend-- My luxurious trip to a fancy hotel by myself to enjoy time with me- includes room service, spa treatments, ect….
170- New dress
160- A new suit
150-A trip to a Day spa (Half Day)
140- New bikini and Personal Training
130- Vegas BABY with my girls! & Take professional photos with make up artist & Chrissy Lou's and winning a contest
